Anabolic Cooking Recipe: Muscle Building Mini Meat Loaves

This is a delicious and easy recipe that will keep any meat lover satisfied. All it takes is to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then bake it for about 1/2 hour.

What’s really cool about the recipe is the use of a muffin pan to separate out the meat into mini patties or loaves. It’s so much easier for handling the food when you are on the go. Just pick up a few patties and pack them into your lunch box to be taken anywhere. No extra cutting. It also makes cleanup pleasant and fast.

Dave also says that you can cook a few batches and then freeze them for the future. When you are ready to eat them, just pop a few mini loaves into the microwave. That saves a lot of preparation and cleaning time. It’s nice to know that you have something healthy and delicious right at home even on your busiest days.

Anabolic Cook Muscle Building Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Extra Lean Ground Beef (or any lean red meat)
  • 1 diced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Parsley (or about 1 Tbsp dry parsley)
  • 1/4 cup of Low Fat Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Low Fat Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano

Directions

1. Mix everything together in a big bowl
2. Put the mix in a muffin pan (should fill about 8 spots in the pan)
4. Bake at 375-400 F for about 30mins
