My first thought on hearing about making protein bars at home is that it will be too difficult to do. If you are like me, fear not. With this recipe in hand, you can quickly make a batch without fuss. There is really no mystery to it (surprise!). It’s a matter of mixing up the right quantity of ingredients and putting it in the fridge.
These awesome quality fudge bars are inexpensive to make, and are really great tasting. I now believe that when it comes to protein bars, homemade is the best and healthiest.

Anabolic Cooking Fudge Protein Bars Recipe
Ingredients (Makes 5 Bars)
– 8 scoops chocolate protein powder
– 1 cup oatmeal
– 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
– 3 tbsp honey
– 1/2 cup 1% milk
– 3 tbsp crushed peanuts
1. Mix together the protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey and milk.
2. Form into 5 bars and then roll in the crushed peanuts to finish.
3. Place in the fridge for about 30-45 mins or until solid
